Communication and Enrollment Services:

Benefit Resources, Inc. will provide employee benefit plan communications enrollment services three ways:

 1. Meeting with employee's one-on-one using lap-top computers to explain and enroll the

     employee in their benefit options.

 

 2. Through our web based enrollment system using our call Call Center personnel to explain and

     enroll the employee in their benefit options.

 

 3. Through our web based self-service enrollment system where the employee reviews their

     benefit options and selects the options that meet their needs.
