Daniel E. Fairchild, founder and CEO of Benefit Resources, Inc., has over 33 years of experience in operations management, finance, tax, employee benefit consulting, and administration. Benefit Resources, Inc. (BRI) provides communications, automated enrollment and administrative services for comprehensive core health and welfare benefits, voluntary insurance benefits including administration of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Transit/Parking and Cobra/HIPAA.
Dan assisted in the development of "PowerPlus", a state-of-the-art employee benefit software system which is designed to administer complex Flexible Benefit Plans and “Benefits-Selection” an online enrollment and reporting application for employee benefit communication, enrollment and administration.
Dan is frequently asked to speak on the tax requirements of employee benefit plans and the advantages of Flexible Compensation. He is an alumnus of Golden Gate University where he earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.B.A. in Taxation. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accounts (OSCPA), and numerous trade organizations.

GAIL E. STEARNS, CPA Vice-President Benefit Resources, Inc. Ms. Stearns brings to our organization over 26 years of experience in the areas of corporate and individual taxation, accounting and payroll administration in manufacturing, and 401(k) benefits and administration.
Her experience includes set-up of computerized general ledger programs, financial statement preparation, corporate & individual taxation, administration of a variety of qualified plans including 401(k), profit sharing, pension and flexible benefit plans; and design and delivery of employee communication programs for qualified plans. Since joining BRI, Ms. Stearns has been in charge of the Flexible Benefit Plan administration for Flexible Spendings Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Transit/Parking and Cobra/HIPAA. Ms. Stearns has co-managed the development and installation of a web based state-of-the-art employee benefit communication, enrollment and administration software system. Her most recent projects have been the addition of the benefit debit card to our Flexible Benefit Plans and the implementation of our Web Cobra application.
Ms. Stearns is an alumnus of the University of New Mexico where she earned a B.B.A. degree in accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

JEREMY D. FAIRCHILD, CPA Vice President of Communications, Benefit Resources, Inc.
Mr. Fairchild brings to our organization over thirteen years of experience in the areas of corporate and individual taxation, field audit administration and reporting for the manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries, as well as audits of defined benefit and contribution plans.
His experience includes planning and performance of annual financial statement and benefit plan audits, financial statement preparation, corporate & individual taxation, and design and delivery of audited reports.
Since joining Benefit Resources, Inc. Mr. Fairchild has managed the communication and enrollment process for over 75,000 employees located in 20 states. Mr. Fairchild has been working with employers to design cost effective employee benefit programs enhanced with voluntary worksite marketing products. Mr. Fairchild has co-managed the development and installation of a web based state-of-the-art employee benefit communication, enrollment and administration software system.
Mr. Fairchild is an alumnus of the University of Tulsa where he earned a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He is actively involved in the University of Tulsa Athletic Board, American Heart Association, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Tulsa Youth Services and American Cancer Society.
