We perform administrative services for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Transit/Parking, Employee Benefit Enrollment and Administration, Human Resource Information (HRIS), Cobra/HIPAA and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Additionally, we work with your Group Insurance Consultant in designing, implementing and servicing voluntary insurance programs offered through employers to their employees on a payroll deduct basis. We work with our clients to insure they fulfill Federal, State and local compliance requirements.

The management team at Benefit Resources, Inc. includes two Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) with a combined experience of over 60 years. All of the team members worked in Public Accounting gaining experience in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance before deciding to specialize in the Employee Benefit Industry.
Daniel E. Fairchild, CPA
Daniel E. Fairchild, founder and CEO of BRI, has over 42 years of experience in operations management, finance, tax, employee benefit consulting, and administration. Dan is an alumnus of Golden Gate University earning a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.B.A. in Taxation.
Jeremy D. Fairchild, CPA
Jeremy D. Fairchild, President, brings to our organization over 23 years of experience in the areas of corporate and individual taxation, field audit administration and reporting for the manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries, as well as audits of defined benefit and contribution plans.
Natalie Burgess, Vice President of BRI, brings to our organization over 23 years of experience in the healthcare field in human resources, benefits, accounting, payroll, and 401(k) benefits and administration.
